Terms of use of Believemy's tools

1. Who they apply to

Anyone who embeds a Believemy tool on another website, using the embed code, or queries it from an AI assistant, through Believemy's MCP server.

2. What you may do

Embed our tools on your website free of charge, including a business website, and query them from your assistant, as we provide them.

3. What you may not do

• modify an embedded tool, or hide the “Powered by Believemy” mention and its link;
• present a tool as your own, or suggest a partnership with Believemy;
• copy or extract, in whole or in part, the tools' calculations, texts, explanations or data, to publish them elsewhere or build a similar tool;
• query the tools or the MCP server in an automated, large-scale way to copy their content.

4. Ownership

The tools, their code, their texts and their explanations belong to Believemy. Embedding them grants you no rights over them.

5. Changes

The tools update themselves. Believemy may change or withdraw them, and cut off access for any site or service that does not comply with these terms.

6. Liability

Results are indicative and have no legal force, just as on believemy.com. They constitute advice neither from Believemy nor from the site that embeds them.

7. Governing law

French law. The publisher and its contact details are listed in the legal notice.
