Monitor your performance in real-time: active users on your course, minutes consumed, the share of attention on your course compared to the entire catalog, upcoming payments... Everything is available in your instructor dashboard.

No competition

Our courses do not compete with each other. We have so much confidence in what our instructors bring that we don't want them to fight over the same users.

There’s no risk of having all your work overshadowed by less qualified instructors.

Fair remuneration

Why would you share the portion of users you brought to Believemy specifically to follow your course with other already established instructors with a much larger share of attention?

At Believemy, you’re paid based on the individual attention share of each user on your course, not your overall attention share.

For example, if a user only watches your course, you’ll receive 100% of their attention share, even if your overall attention share on Believemy is just 0.1%.

What does this look like in practice?

Here’s an example of remuneration calculations between a Believemy instructor, an instructor on a subscription platform, and an instructor on a one-time purchase platform. (The numbers are examples for more or less similar comparisons.)

Out of your 50 users, 25 continue to follow only your course. The others also start exploring other courses, spending about 50% of their time on yours.

About 30 new users discover you on Believemy and now follow your course for around 70% of their time.

The next month, you’ll have 100% of 25 users, 50% of 25 users, and 70% of 30 users.

As a Believemy instructor, you’re paid based on the individual attention share of each user on your course. This equates to about 25 x €33 + 25 x €16.5 + 30 x €23.1.

His remuneration

Pablo holds 0.1% of the global attention share because established instructors dominate with their courses

Thus, he gets 0.1% of the instructor fund. Following our example, even with the 50 users he brought, if the platform’s instructor fund is €100,000, he earns only €100.

And after?

Out of his 50 users, 25 continue to follow only his course. The others also explore other courses, spending about 50% of their time on his.

About 30 new users discover him on his platform and now follow his course for around 70% of their time.

The next month, if no established instructor releases a new course, let’s optimistically double his global attention share from 0.1% to 0.2%.

As he’s not a Believemy instructor, he’s paid based on his global attention share. This gives him 0.2% of the instructor fund. Again, following our example, even with 50 users, he earns only €200.

Instructor on a one-time purchase platform

She created a course

50 users came specifically to her platform to purchase her course

She sells her course for €30 (because a higher price would compete with established courses)

Her remuneration

She earns an average of 70% of the sale price, as her platform takes about a 30% commission for management.

This results in 50 x 70% of €30, or 50 x €21.

1,050 € one-time only

And after?

Since she sells her course only once, she theoretically earns nothing further. She must constantly work to sell her course to new people.

Let’s optimistically say that, with all her effort, she manages to sell another 50 courses per month, even after the launch hype.

The next month, she earns 50 x 70% of €30, or 50 x €21.

However, she now has to answer questions from 100 students in her course (50 from the first month + 50 from the next month) for the same income. Her workload has doubled for the same remuneration.
